Quick solutions for the most frequently encountered problems.

Onboarding

Embedded Signup popup does not appear

Cannot see my WhatsApp number during signup

Onboarding stuck on “Connecting”

Messaging

Messages not being received

  1. Go to Settings → Numbers and verify the webhook shows “Subscribed”
  2. Check the number's registration status, which should be “registered”
  3. Verify the webhook URL in Meta App Dashboard matches your API URL
  4. Try the Repair button on the onboarding page to re-register

Messages failing to send (delivery errors)

AI agent not replying

  1. Check that AI is enabled on the channel (Settings → Numbers → AI toggle)
  2. Check that the conversation ownership is “AI” (not paused or human)
  3. Verify an AI agent exists and is enabled (Agents page)
  4. Check that the AI provider API key is configured (OpenAI or Anthropic)
  5. Check your plan limits: the Free plan has 100 messages/month

Billing

Payment completed but plan not upgraded

  1. Go to Billing and click the refresh icon, which syncs with Razorpay
  2. Wait up to 30 seconds for the webhook to process
  3. If still stuck, the Razorpay webhook may not be configured correctly. Check that the webhook URL in Razorpay Dashboard points to https://your-api-domain/api/v1/billing/webhook/razorpay
